Michelle Masterson is the engine behind growth at Sanford Rose Associates International and Next Level Exchange — driving revenue, expanding the network, and accelerating firm performance across the recruiting industry. As Managing Partner of Business Development, she leads all sales strategy and execution for Sanford Rose Associates, bringing high-caliber search firms into the network and fueling its continued expansion.  She also heads sales for Next Level Exchange, championing the consulting, coaching, training, and strategic hiring that help search firm owners scale with precision and stay ahead of their competition.

Michelle runs the Sanford Rose Associates referral program, building strategic relationships that feed the network’s long-term growth, and leads the Next Level Hiring division, a team focused on identifying and placing the next generation of top-tier recruiting talent for clients across the country.

With a background spanning Sales, Public Relations, Writing, Marketing, and Recruiting, Michelle blends sharp business instincts with deep industry expertise.  She is known for her ability to generate demand, convert opportunities, and build trust with the search firm owners and leaders she serves.

Her mix of relationship-driven leadership, high-energy, commercial discipline, and an unfiltered commitment to client success is why she’s regarded as a go-to partner and strategic growth advisor for both Sanford Rose and Next Level Exchange clients.

Michelle earned her BFA from Stephen F. Austin State University and pursued her Masters in Writing at the University of Central Oklahoma.
