As Managing Director and Partner at Starfish Partners and Kaye/Bassman International, Jeff Wittenberg has built a 27-year career advising organizations on developing and executing effective strategies across talent management, organizational development, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Jeff began his executive search career in 1998 with Kaye/Bassman’s Construction Practice, where he played a pivotal role in growing the firm into one of the largest and most respected search practices serving the construction and real estate industries. In addition to his client work, Jeff contributed to firmwide leadership through his involvement in talent acquisition, training and development, and overall governance.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business, where he has also served on the Advisory Board for the Construction Engineering Technology Program and the Professional Leadership Program. He is actively involved in community and philanthropic efforts through Kaye/Bassman’s Charitable Foundation, Attitudes & Attire, and Dress for Success Dallas. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeff has coached two nationally ranked select soccer programs and previously competed in semiprofessional soccer.
