Austin is originally from Cleveland, OH, and is a lifelong Cleveland sports fanatic—yes, even the Browns. He’s a very charismatic, confident, and sometimes funny individual who enjoys connecting with people and bringing positive energy to everything he does.

Austin has been fascinated by technology since 1992, when his mom bought their first computer, an Amiga Commodore, and he was captivated instantly. That early exposure, combined with his love for research, reading, and learning in general, helped shape his path into becoming an IT professional. Video games also played a big role in Austin’s development, not only fueling his interest in computers and problem-solving, but surprisingly helping him become a stronger reader through story-driven games and constant curiosity.

He attended school in the Shaker Heights School District, which further reinforced the value of education and critical thinking. Outside of work, he’s a proud parent of two amazing kids, Tyler and Ari, who keep him motivated and grounded every day.
