Trey Matthews serves as the Business Architect and Sr Director of Analytics. He specializes in the business practice of identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards, or simply improve quality and the user experience for customers and end-users. Trey is a certified power user in Excel, Google Sheets, and Smartsheet.

Trey started in 2019, specializing in the continued enhancement of the finance and operations team. In a brief time, Trey has become a core component in the growth and development of the operational finance models, systems, and structures throughout our entire organization. His passion, work ethic, and creative problem-solving are at the center of our company’s success in the operational finance sector of the network.

In his role, Trey has led multiple cross-functional projects, driving significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. He has a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights, making him an invaluable asset to the leadership team. His innovative approach has resulted in the implementation of new strategies that have propelled the company forward.

Beyond his technical skills, Trey is known for his ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. His leadership style is characterized by a strong emphasis on collaboration and open communication, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

Trey graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Science & Administration. He has continued his education through various professional development courses and certifications, staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Outside of work, Trey is an active member of his community in McKinney, Texas. He participates in local business forums and volunteers for several non-profit organizations. Trey lives in McKinney with his wife Ashley and daughter Emory. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities which include golfing, hunting, and fishing.
