Jake helps keeps the SRA network running by helping people when technology does what technology does best…breaks at the worst possible time. He works directly with recruiters and staff to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and make day-to-day tools easier to use. His goal is to fix problems quickly, reduce frustration, and keep everyone focused on their work instead of their tech.

He comes from a background in IT systems, networking, and security, along with prior service in the United States Marine Corps. Outside of work, Antoon stays active through fitness and kickboxing, enjoys learning new tech, and gets outdoors when he can. He is approachable, practical, and always happy to help solve a problem or point someone in the right direction.
